Mr. Shadi Bin Afet Alhozaim has joined directly with the General Ports Corporation since he obtained a BA in Law from King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah in 2001, and held many leadership positions in various Saudi ports until 2016. He represented the Saudi Ports Authority in many cases for more than five years, and Assumed duties of compliance officer for many sectors in all matters related to the implementation of international treaties and agreements concerned with the maritime sector. This enabled him to have a deep understanding of local, regional and international maritime laws.
