The Board of Grievances is an independent administrative judicial body from the public judiciary, and the Administrative courts shall have jurisdiction to decide the cases concerning disputes related to the rights established in the civil service systems and retirement laws for employees of the Government, cases for revoke of final administrative decisions and appeals, tort cases initiated by the persons concerned against the governmental authoritys’ decisions or actions. cases related to contracts to which the administrative authority is party.
